I have found that now, every task is much harder and dirtier, yet much more rewarding and enjoyable. Joslin forces me to stop and pay attention to the little joys in life, that I might otherwise rush by. This year plating flowers included, examining sticks, tasting rocks (Joslin's favorite), splashing in water, and of course digging in the dirt until we were both covered from head to toe. Maybe that is why it took us two weeks to get my flowers planted. Time well spent :)

Easter!
This year, the Easter bunny came while Joslin and I were at church. Can anyone tell what theme her basket ended up being? She was super pumped!
Then we went to Abues' house that afternoon to hunt eggs with the family!

Joslin is trading eggs with her cousin Kinley. They did a great job of sharing!
Checking out their loot
Enjoying a special rice crispy egg made by Abue.
Check out my mom's blog for more pics of Joslin hunting eggs (a week later) at their house.
